Advanced planning for future capital asset improvement, such as water systems, parks and streets is essential to preserving the quality of life within a community setting. NODA, as a council of local governments, assures professional and personal assistance to those communities who are in need of infrastructure improvements.

Through Capital Improvements Planning (CIP) and Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) awarded through the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, NODA can successfully qualify rural and urban communities for future grant monies. NODA is associated with other organizations who are also able to provide funding for various community projects. This type of assistance plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and pride of residents of Northern Oklahoma.
