Legal Aid Services of  Oklahoma provides legal counseling and representation to persons age 60 and older living in North Central Oklahoma, who are facing certain legal problems. The priorities are legal issues dealing with:

• safeguarding rights and interest of older people,
• protecting the property of seniors
• providing advice and counsel to seniors and their families when dealing with financial and business concerns.

Legal Aid also provides educational programs to groups about benefits and entitlements for all older persons.

Any person age 60 or over can receive confidential legal advice. There are no attorney’s fees.
